Ticketing: Tickets must be issued through the Qantas Office in Beijing or Shanghai or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Child and Infant discount: Permitted.
Booking class: I.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Changes: After ticket issue, date change is permitted free of charge. After ticket issue, re-routing is permitted subject to the charge of fare and tax difference (if any) per ticket per transaction. Local service fee may apply.
Cancellation (including no-Show): Subject to a charge of CNY1,500 per ticket. Local service fee may apply.
Refund: Subject to a charge of CNY1,500 per ticket. Local service fee may apply.
