How to register your business

Complete the online registration form which requires you to nominate a business contact who will be responsible for administering your business travel arrangements, such as your travel or procurement manager or personal assistant.

Your nominated contact will be the point of contact for all communication from our Qantas Business Essentials team and will receive your business' monthly travel reports.

Upon successful registration you will be notified by e-mail with your company's unique Qantas Business Number (QBN), which allows you to take full advantage of Qantas Business Essentials.

Qantas Business Essentials - Reporting

Control your business travel costs with our free quarterly reports* which provide summarised and detailed information on:

  • Qantas flights
  • Hotels booked at qantas.com
  • Cars booked at qantas.com

All you have to do is enter your allocated Qantas Business Number (QBN) in each online flight, hotel and car booking.

* Qantas Business Essentials is for travel departing New Zealand and excludes multi-city bookings. Reports will show flights booked through Qantas Business Essentials; and flights booked otherwise through Qantas (including qantas.com, telephone sales, Qantas retail outlets and airport locations) where the QBN has subsequently been added to the booking via Manage Your Booking; and car and hotel bookings made through qantas.com where the customer has entered their QBN during the booking process.
