How to register your business

Complete the online registration form which requires you to nominate a business contact who will be responsible for administering your business travel arrangements, such as your travel or procurement manager or personal assistant.

Your nominated contact will be the point of contact for all communication from our Qantas Business Essentials team and will receive your business' quarterly travel reports.

Upon successful registration you will be notified by e-mail with your company's unique Qantas Business Number (QBN), which allows you to take full advantage of Qantas Business Essentials.

Qantas Business Essentials - Reporting

Control your business travel costs with our free quarterly reports* which provide summarised and detailed information on:

Qantas flights
Cars booked at qantas.com
Plus, flight bookings made at jetstar.com*

All you have to do is enter your allocated Qantas Business Number (QBN) in all flights and cars booked online.

Your nominated contact will then receive each quarter via e-mail a:

Qantas Business Essentials Summary Report - a monthly breakdown of your business's spend on flights and cars for up to 12 months.
Qantas Business Essentials Flight Report* - a breakdown of each flight booked online by your business during the previous quarter including amounts for fare changes, upgrades and refunds.
Qantas Business Essentials Other Products* - a breakdown of all cars booked by your business at qantas.com during the previous quarter.

* Reports will be displayed in the currency of booking and will be converted into US dollars (USD$) where applicable. Reports will show flights booked through Qantas Business Essentials and flights booked at jetstar.com where the QBN has been entered during the booking process; and flights booked through a Qantas office (including qantas.com, telephone sales, Qantas retail outlets and airport locations) where the QBN has subsequently been added to the booking via Manage Your Booking at qantas.com; and car bookings made through qantas.com where the customer has entered their QBN during the booking process.
^An account executive will be in contact to discuss your travel requirements, annual Qantas spend and eligibility. You can only book flights departing the United States via Qantas Business Essentials excluding multi-city bookings.
