Helping to meet the travel needs of over 36 million passengers each year and recognising their individual requirements and concerns is a fundamental part of our business. This means that our customer care begins well before our passengers step aboard our aircraft. It begins when they first pick up the phone.
To deliver this level of care we employ a large number of people throughout Australia and overseas in various Call Centres and reservations areas. Both part time and full time Call Centre opportunities exist in various Australian cities including Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and Sydney as well as overseas locations including New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, America and the UK. Qantas Call Centres operate within the following business areas:
- Contact Centres - enquiries and purchases from leisure travel customers
- Group Travel - tailors domestic and international travel arrangements for customers travelling in organised groups
- Business Travel - provides personalised travel management services to a wide array of corporate and government customers
- Industry Centre - dedicated support for the travel industry
- Freight - cargo, express, airmail, freighters, charters and customs clearance services
