Meet our People
Our crew know that the airline industry is highly competitive, and it's the service we provide our customers that always differentiates us. Here is what they've told us that you should know:
"I enjoy working for QantasLink because, as part of the Qantas group, it is an internationally recognised and safe airline. Working on the Dash8's is enjoyable, the crew are friendly and the passengers are great too. It's nice to be able to travel to some of Queensland's regional towns that not many people are fortunate enough to experience. Overall, it's a wonderful lifestyle."
"There is a sense of community where everyone knows each other, making it more personal than flying with a larger airline. Our customers who are from many regional areas are refreshing and a joy to provide service to, and always share great stories with you. By virtue of being a smaller team you have closer relationships with all partner areas, where you are recognised by your contribution to the business as an individual, and provided many opportunities to contribute."
"QantasLink is an enjoyable workplace with regular customers that enables you to build a rapport with them over time. I have a high level of job satisfaction in my role, which also delivers a fantastic lifestyle. As a trainer I have the opportunity to provide the skills to new and current cabin crew to ensure the highest levels of service and safety are delivered to customers at all times. This in itself is very rewarding."
"Coming from regional Australia myself and the affinity I have with many of our regional customers, I love the connection that we are able to build with passengers. This is also reflected in our workplace where you come to work and feel like you are flying with a different friend each day rather than a colleague."
"I love the different opportunities we are presented with, and also how every day is a new day, working with new crew and meeting wonderful people from all around regional Australia."
