Things don't always go to plan. If you need to change your flight booking, you may be able to do it online.
Flight bookings
To change or cancel your flight booking online (including Qantas and Partner Classic Award bookings) login to Manage Your Booking.

To change your booking by phone:
- Flight bookings: Call 13 13 13 in Australia 24/7, or your nearest Qantas Office. Note that service fees and fare differences may apply.
- Points bookings: Call 13 11 31 in Australia 24/7 or your local Flight Award and Priority Reservations office.
Customers who are deaf or who have a hearing or speech impairment can call via the National Relay Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. View contact information.

Hotel bookings
To change or cancel your hotel booking, you need to call as per below. Hotel cancellation policies apply. An administration fee per booking is payable on any refunds.

Package Holiday bookings
To change your booking call Qantas Holidays on 1300 443 485 in Australia, or if you are already overseas call your nearest Qantas Holidays General Sales Agent and quote your booking reference. The conditions on the package type booked may restrict your changes. Service fees may apply.
