Chauffeur Drive

Starting 31 March 2013, Qantas customers travelling in First and Business will be able to access our complimentary chauffeur service+ on selected international Qantas operated flights, booked with a QF flight number.

You will be collected in a luxury vehicle and driven to the airport to meet your flight. On arrival at your destination, you will be met by another chauffeur service and driven to your hotel, office or home.

Chauffeur Drive is available to First and Business Qantas customers travelling on flights between Australia and London and Dubai from 31 March 2013, and between Australia and Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, Santiago and Johannesburg from 1 July 2013.* The booking functionality for Chauffeur Drive in locations scheduled to commence from 1 July 2013 is not yet available. Further details will be available soon.

Travellers connecting between a domestic or trans-Tasman flight from Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to an eligible Qantas international flight will also be eligible for complimentary Chauffeur Drive transfers.

Other destinations on the Qantas-Emirates network

Qantas codeshare^ customers travelling on an Emirates service to and from Dubai (flight numbered QF8000 to QF8999) are also eligible for Chauffeur Drive at destinations where Emirates offer the service. View destinations where Chauffeur Drive is available on the Emirates network.

Customers with specific needs

The Chauffeur Drive supplier will confirm any specific requirements such as child seats or accessible vehicles with you on the day prior to your departure.

Chauffeur Drive and Dubai Connect

If you are a First or Business customer who has already booked Dubai Connect, you do not need to book Chauffeur Drive for your transfers to and from Dubai airport. Simply proceed to the Emirates Chauffeur Drive Desk in the Arrivals Hall where you will be driven to your Dubai Connect accommodation.

Special Rates for Valet Parking Customers
