To be eligible for the Companion Fare, a minimum of two passengers are required. All passengers must travel together in the same booking and on the same flights and days.

Reservations: Bookings on all sectors must be confirmed. All bookings must be made through the Hong Kong Qantas office or your local travel agent.
Ticketing: E-tickets must be issued through the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Unaccompanied minor services: Allowed using adult fare.
Ticket validity: The tickets are valid for three months from the date of departure.
Changes: After ticket issue, date change is permitted at HK$800 per transaction per ticket. Local service fee may apply. All changes must be made by the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent.
No show charge: Subject to HK$1,000 per ticket, plus date/flight change fee. Local service fee may apply.
Refunds: No refund.
Endorsement: Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferrable.
