2. The Qantas rebate enables eligible Companies to receive a cash rebate of between 2% and 5% of their qualifying air spend, up to a maximum of AUD50,000 (exclusive of GST) per year. Companies that choose to keep an existing rebate, discount or agreement with Qantas are not eligible for this offer. To be eligible for the rebate, Companies must spend greater than AUD10,000 (inclusive of GST) per annum on eligible Qantas flights. All spend must be on Qantas (081) tickets, charged by the Travel Manager to Qantas merchant account, for Qantas-marketed Domestic and International fares (with a QF flight number) in Australian dollars, but excluding flights from Jetstar Airways Pty Limited and packaged fares from Qantas Holidays Limited. Rebate amounts are calculated excluding GST paid by the customer and also do not apply to the following: Red Deals (classes N and O); tickets that include an international port, other than a port in New Zealand; fares from Qantas Holidays Limited and Jetstar Airways Pty Limited. 3. Cardmembers will only be eligible for a maximum of two Qantas Club passes. Entry to and use of the Qantas Club is subject to the terms printed on each complimentary pass.
4. Cardmembers must make at least three bookings on Qantas (081) tickets, with a 'QF' flight number, purchased using their American Express Qantas Corporate Card between 1 September and 30 November 2009 to be eligible for this offer. Excludes fares from Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, Qantas Holidays Limited, Qantas Frequent Flyer Award flights, and cancelled and refunded tickets.
5. The BP Rebate Program is 2% of all Qualifying Spend. Qualifying spend includes spend of any nature at BP service stations in Australia and includes GST. For any given 6 month Rebate Period (January–June and July–December) the minimum Qualifying spend is $1000.00 which is fulfilled based on the minimum Rebate amount of $20.00. Rebates are credited to the company by means of a BP Gift Card after the end of the Rebate Period. No carry over into the next 6 month period.
