Daniel Ricciardo

Qantas welcomed Australian F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo on board as our newest brand ambassador in March 2013.

Daniel was born in Perth, Western Australia in 1989 and from age 9 to 16 was a champion in karting winning numerous state and national titles. Daniel's international career in motorsport then took off, including becoming the British F3 champion in 2009. In mid 2011 became an F1® race driver with the HRT team before being named a full time race driver for Scuderia Toro Rosso in 2012.

With our strong commitment to the sport of Formula One, Qantas looks forward to sharing this new and exciting partnership with Daniel, supporting his promising talent as he experiences the world of Formula One racing.

Everyone at Qantas is delighted to have Daniel on our team, representing Qantas on the global stage as a brand ambassador. We wish Daniel every success for the 2013 season.
