Relax before your flight in our exclusive Domestic Business lounge, available to Platinum Frequent Flyers and customers travelling in Business. You’ll enjoy Neil Perry designed menus, in-house baristas and island dining offering our Plate of the Day Service.

We’re committed to keeping you connected during a busy day. That’s why our lounges are equipped with Apple Macs, Wi-Fi and quiet work areas. We’ve also introduced dedicated conference and meeting room facilities in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Townsville and Darwin.

With contemporary meeting room facilities, including teleconferencing equipment and data projectors, they also feature dedicated ‘break-out’ areas where you can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Enquire now about booking our meeting rooms at very competitive rates.

Your Seat

Our Boeing Sky Interior B737-800 and refurbished B767s feature luxurious leather seats offering a new level of comfort and ergonomic design. The seat offers a comfortable recline, wide seat back and an extendable leg rest. Lumbar support is also available on selected seats.

You’ll find plenty of storage for your personal items, as well as a soft pillow and sheet-backed blanket to help you get some rest.

Onboard Dining

Enjoy our inflight dining options when you travel in the business cabin around Australia. From our award-winning wine list to our seasonal Neil Perry designed menu, we’ve created a fresh menu tailored to your time of travel.

Choose from delicious options such as Bircher Muesli or pancakes in the morning, soup or mezze plate in the afternoon or an herb crusted barramundi or smoked trout salad for dinner.

We’re excited to announce we’re refreshing our Domestic Business service on our east - west - east flights (such as Sydney - Perth - Sydney). From 29 May, our Domestic Business menu will be more aligned with our International Business offering, featuring small plates and main plates, and the removal of meal trays. This will allow you to maximise your personal space, and choose how you’d like to dine.

Entertainment

Experience the latest on-demand in-flight entertainment systems via your personal 10.6 inch digital screen on our A330-200s and B737-800 aircraft*.

You can choose from more than 250 entertainment options including the latest movies, TV programs, CD audio, destination guides and a variety of radio stations all available to enjoy from the moment you step onboard the aircraft until the moment you arrive at your destination. To assist you with your working needs, you’ll also find in-seat PC power and USB ports onboard.*

On our refurbished B767s, you’ll be supplied your very own Apple iPad, allowing you to access over 200 hours of on-demand entertainment using Q Streaming.+

On other services enjoy inflight entertainment such as a comprehensive news bulletin, our exclusive ‘What’s on’ and ‘welcome’ programs, detailing live events around Australia, comedy/variety programming and a number of Q Radio channels.

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, you’ll be among the first to leave the aircraft and your bags, among the first to be ready for collection. If you need information on transfers during the flight, your flight attendant can assist you.

Avoid the taxi queue and book a Qantas Chauffeured Transfer for your arrival. Our chauffeurs can be waiting for you when you arrive at your destination then return you to the airport for your flight home.
