Reservations: Bookings on all sectors must be confirmed.
Ticketing: E-tickets must be issued through the Qantas Office in Taipei or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Child and Infant discount: Permitted.
Booking class: Q
Stopover: Not permitted.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Date change: After ticket issue, changes are permitted at TWD1600 per ticket per change. Local service fee may apply. All changes must be made by the Qantas Office in Taipei or your travel agent.
Cancellations: Before departure, refund is permitted subject to a fee of TWD3000 per ticket. After departure, refund is not permitted. Local service fee may apply.
No show: Refund is not permitted.
Endorsement: Tickets are non-endorsable, non-transferable and non-reroutable.
