Reservations: Bookings must be confirmed on all sectors. All bookings must be made through the Hong Kong Qantas office or your local travel agent.
Ticketing: E-tickets must be issued through the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Child discount: Permitted.
Unaccompanied minor services: Allowed using adult fare.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Changes: After ticket issue, date change is permitted at HK$1,000 per ticket per transaction. All changes must be made by the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent.
No show charge: Subject to a penalty of HK$1,000 per ticket.
Refunds: No refund.
Endorsement: Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-transferrable.
