Ticketing: E-tickets must be issued through the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Child discount: Permitted.
Infant discount: Not permitted.
Unaccompanied minor services: Allowed using adult fare.
Booking class: Business - I, Premium Economy - T, Economy - O.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Changes: After ticket issue, date change is permitted at HK$1,000 per transaction per ticket. All changes must be made by the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent.
No show charge: Subject to a penalty of HK$1,000 per ticket.
Refunds: No refund.
