We are the caterer of choice for the majority of airlines operating to Australia. We also provide catering services for a variety of non airline organisations such as schools, rail services and hospitals.

Snap Fresh is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Catering Group. Snap Fresh is a centralised, state-of-the-art meal production facility offering high quality, frozen meals, soups and sauces to airline and non-airline customers. Snap Fresh provides a tasty, economic alternative to traditional meal concepts.

Q Catering offers a full suite of catering options from menu service and design, menu development, food production and delivery to post production and ancillary services.
Our talented and progressive menu development teams can create and deliver a unique service offering tailored to your requirements for product design, quality, service and value. We have the capability to meet all varied cultural, religious and special requirements.
Meals are produced in line with strict food safety procedures and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency. All eight centres are HACCP and Halal accredited.
