Step 5 - Passengers
For your reference your name, Frequent Flyer membership tier status and points balance will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the Qantas banner.

Enter the details for all passengers on this page. All fields marked by an asterisk * are mandatory.
If you are making the booking for yourself, select 'yes' under 'Are you travelling' and your contact details will be automatically populated.
Enter all passengers' names. Ensure they match the photographic identification they will use at check-in.

We may need to contact you about your flight. The contact details you provide will only be used for this trip.
You will need to specify who you want to be contacted. The contact person can be one of the travelling adults or a travel arranger.

The e-mail address is used to send your itinerary and receipt so it is important to check that it is correct. We may also use your e-mail to contact you about flight updates up to three days before your first flight out. You may choose to subscribe to Qantas Red e-Mails to receive information about Qantas flight specials. To ensure your e-mail address is correct you will need to enter it a second time in the 'Confirm e-mail' box.

You will need to specify both a daytime and an evening contact number. This can be the same number if you wish and can be your mobile number. Enter the numbers as digits only, with no spaces or special characters such as hyphens or brackets. Include any area codes.
If you supply a mobile phone or destination phone number, it must be for one of the travelling passengers

The 'Your itinerary' panel on the left hand side of the page will show the flight dates and times, fare type, destinations and flight numbers of your selected itinerary.

If you have completed and checked all your details and are happy to continue click on the 'Payment' button at the bottom of the page, to purchase your flights.
