Step 6 - Payment

For your reference your name, Frequent Flyer membership tier status and points balance will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the Qantas banner.

You can now confirm and purchase your flights.

The flight dates and times, fare type, destinations and flight numbers of your selected itinerary are shown in the 'Your itinerary' panel on the left hand side of the page.

You have the option to purchase travel insurance from a range of QBE travel insurance policies. Travel insurance must be paid by credit card.

Carbon offset your flights departing Australia from the 'Fly Carbon Neutral' panel on the Payment page.

Qantas Frequent Flyers can choose to offset Any Seat Award flights using points or a credit card.

Excludes International Multi-City and Jetstar bookings.

The 'Points and Credit Card' panel will advise you of your points balance, the number of seats that you have booked, points required for your itinerary, your remaining points balance after your current booking has been processed, the amount you have nominated to pay by credit card, and credit card service fees if applicable.

All fields marked by an asterisk * are mandatory. Cyber Trust Secure Socket Layer encryption protects all information from this point from unauthorised viewing.

Select your card type. Customers can book at qantas.com from anywhere in the world with the following credit cards:

• Visa Card
• MasterCard
• American Express
• UATP
• Diners Card

We will display the combination of points and monetary amounts you have nominated to pay, credit card service fee if applicable and the total amount (points plus credit card).

If you decide to pay for your itinerary with points only, you will not need to provide your credit card details.

If you decide to pay for your itinerary with points only, the below panel will display your points balance, the number of seats booked, points required for the trip and your remaining points balance after this booking has been processed.

The 'Delivery' information will advise how you will receive your ticket.

If you have completed and checked all your details and are happy to continue click on the 'Confirmation' button at the bottom of the page, to confirm your trip.
