Online Booking Help
There are seven steps in the Any Seat Award booking process.

At every stage during the Any Seat Award booking process you can select the following:
- Start again - to cancel your booking at any stage. You will not be charged Frequent Flyer points if your booking was not confirmed and if a booking reference number was not issued.
- Help - to display help notes for the page you are viewing.
Time Required in Advance for Any Seat Award Bookings
Any Seat Award bookings must be made in advance. The time required depends on the country of departure:

| South Africa | 7 days |
| Singapore | 24 hours |
| Japan | 4 days |
Note: For cities where paper ticketing is required, bookings must be made 7 days in advance.
The following countries require the credit card holder to be present at the local Qantas office within 24 hours of the booking being created, before your ticket can be issued:
- China
- India
- Indonesia
- Philippines
- South Africa
- Thailand
Note: Ensure you have all your details at hand including credit card details and Frequent Flyer number, as the booking engine will timeout after ten minutes of inactivity for security reasons.
