Step 3 - Details
Enter the details for the driver of the car on this page. All fields marked with an asterisk* are mandatory. Ensure all personal information matches the photographic identification used to pick up the vehicle.
The car provider may use these contact details to contact you about your car rental. The contact details you provide will only be used for this car rental.
You need to nominate the contact person for this car rental. This can be either the driver or the travel arranger.
The e-mail address provided is used to send your confirmation receipt. To ensure the e-mail address you provide is correct, you need to enter it a second time in the 'Confirm e-mail' box.
You must provide both daytime and evening contact phone numbers. These numbers can be the same if you wish and can be your mobile number. To copy your mobile number to all phone fields tick the 'copy to all phone fields' box. Enter the numbers as digits only, with no spaces or special characters such as hyphens or brackets. Include any area codes.
If you supply a mobile or destination phone number, it must be a contact number for the driver or the Travel Arranger.
If you make a number of car rental bookings at qantas.com, you may want to tick the check box next to 'Remember these details for next time.' This means that next time you book a car online at qantas.com from the same computer we will automatically remember your details.
If your details change, or you do not want us to remember your details anymore, simply un-tick 'Remember these details for next time.'
If you require an In-car navigation system, tick the box in the 'Special Requests' panel. For other special requests such as a child seat, you need to contact the car provider directly. Their contact details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Customers registered for 'Qantas Business Direct' and 'Qantas Business Essentials' can track business travel spend at qantas.com, including car hire. Ensure your ABN (for Australian businesses) or QBN (for businesses outside Australia) is entered in each car rental booking you make.
If you make a number of bookings at qantas.com you may want to tick the check box next to 'Remember these details for next time.' This means that next time you book online at qantas.com from the same computer we will automatically remember your ABN or QBN details.
If your details change, or you do not want us to remember your ABN or QBN details anymore, simply un-tick 'Remember these details for next time'.
The "Your Selection' panel on the left hand side of the page displays a summary of your booking.
If you would like to amend or start your search again, click the 'Change Car' button to go back to the Select page, where you can make new selections.
If you have completed and checked all your details and are happy to continue, click on the 'Book' button at the bottom of the page, to confirm your car.
