Online Booking Help
There are seven steps in the Award booking process. Select a step for detailed page help or view a demonstration of some of the features.
On each step of the booking process you will see:
- Start again - to cancel your booking at any stage. You will not be charged Frequent Flyer points if your booking was not confirmed and a booking reference number was not issued.
- Help - to bring up help related to that page.
When Can You Make an Award Booking
Bookings can be made 353 days from today's date. To ensure your ticket can get to you in time, you also need to allow for minimum booking times.

Note: Allow a minimum of 7 days for cities where a paper ticket needs to be issued.
In some countries, before the ticket is issued, the credit card holder must present themselves at the local Qantas office within 24 hours of the booking being created. Countries that this applies to are:
- South Africa
Not all partner airlines can be booked online. Airlines that can be booked are displayed in the table. If the airline that you wish to travel is not listed, call 13 13 13 within Australia or your nearest Qantas office to make the Award booking. A booking fee will apply.

For your security, the booking will time out if there has been no activity on a page for 10 minutes.
