Step 4 - Payment

The details for all passengers are entered on this page. All fields marked by an asterisk * are mandatory. Ensure that the customer names match any photo identification as it will be used to confirm identity at check-in.

You are also able to enter a Qantas Frequent Flyer number for the lead traveller. The lead traveller must enter their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number online in order to earn points for partner hotels

If you wish to request non-smoking room, double bed room, twin bed room or inter-connecting rooms, tick the applicable check box. Special Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

You can optionally enter your estimated time of arrival if you are arriving after the hotel check-in time by selecting the drop-down and clicking on your estimated time.

We may need to contact you regarding your booking, so you will need to enter Phone Numbers and an E-mail Address. For Phone Numbers, ensure that any area codes are entered and that numbers are entered as digits only, with no spaces or special characters such as hyphens or brackets. The E-mail Address is also used to send your booking confirmation, so it is important to check that it is correct. You may also optionally choose to subscribe to receive offers from Qantas Holidays.

If you plan on making a number of hotel bookings in the future, you may want to tick the check box next to Remember these details for next time. This means that the next time you book a hotel from the same computer with qantas.com, we will automatically remember your details.

If your details change or you do not want us to remember your details any more, simply un-tick Remember these details for next time.

The Payment Details section is where you enter your payment details. All fields marked by an asterisk * are mandatory.

To complete payment:

Select Credit Card or Debit Card
Select your Card Type by selecting one of the buttons
Enter your Card Number in the box provided
Enter your CVV number in the box provided
Select your card Expiry month and year from the drop-down lists
Enter the Card Holder's Name as it appears on the card

The Total Price indicates the total price for the total duration of your stay, including any credit card fee (if applicable), in the currency in which the hotel will be booked and paid (AUD$).

If you choose to pay by Debit Card, you will not be charged a credit card fee.

If you have previously displayed prices in another currency, the Total Price is also shown in the Display Currency. The Total Price in the Display Currency is approximate and for information only. Payment for hotel bookings will be made in AUD$. The exchange rate for each Display Currency is sourced from Reuters and updated by Qantas Holidays on a weekly basis. Display Currency prices are rounded to whole units.

If you would like a tax invoice e-mailed to you, tick the check box. This will be sent to the e-mail address you have already provided. You will receive the tax invoice separately from your booking confirmation. The tax invoice will display applicable Australian GST only.

The Important Information section outlines key information related to your booking. Please ensure you read this carefully. You must also read the Terms and Conditions of booking, the Qantas Holidays Privacy Statement and the Hotel Cancellation Policy.

By ticking the check box near the bottom of the page, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of booking, the Qantas Holidays Privacy Statement and the Hotel Cancellation Policy.

To confirm your booking click on the at the bottom of the page. Your Credit Card or Debit Card will be debited immediately.
