For hotels in Australia or New Zealand your hotel booking reference consists of two letters and six digits separated by a forward slash, for example: QB/123456. You must enter the complete booking reference and your last name to view your booking online.

The booking reference is used to uniquely identify your booking, so ensure you keep your booking reference secure. It appears on the hotel booking confirmation page and on the e-mail confirmation that is sent.

International Hotels

Your international hotel booking reference consists of nine numbers. You must enter the complete booking reference and your last name to view your booking online.
