Dedicated Check-in
First passengers and Platinum Frequent Flyers are able to check-in at the exclusive First check-in area at selected airports, and fast-track through Immigration.
Business and Premium Economy passengers, Gold Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members have access to dedicated check counters in all ports.
Checked Baggage
Travellers checking in at the airport will have baggage labels attached at check-in. Dedicated bag drop counters are available for premium customers travelling on selected Trans-Tasman flights.

Self-Service Bag Drop now on trial at London Heathrow
You can now breeze through check-in at London Heathrow, with two self-service bag drop kiosks available near our Economy counters.
The facility is open to all Australian, New Zealand and British passport holders, travelling to Australia as their final destination who have not checked in online.
To use bag drop, you'll need to first check in at a kiosk, print your boarding pass and tag your bags.
Once at the bag drop unit, simply scan your boarding pass, place your bag on the belt and follow the simple prompts on the screen to have your bag accepted.
