Check-in

Your journey starts from the moment you leave your front door with Chauffeur Drive, a complimentary transfer service for Business customers on eligible international Qantas operated flights booked with a QF flight number. Visit Chauffeur Drive for more information.

Your dedicated Business Check-in is available until 90 minutes prior to your flight. You can also check in online 24 hours before your flight and select your own seat, with the option of printing your own boarding pass.

Once you’ve checked in, breeze through the airport and onboard your aircraft with our Express Path Immigration* and dedicated premium boarding lane.

Business Lounge

You'll soon be able to enjoy enhanced dining options prior to boarding in our offshore lounges, an excellent option for late night departures.

Enjoy a luxury dining experience in our new Qantas Singapore Lounge, where Neil Perry Spice Temple inspired dishes, a live cooking station, and signature cocktails are on offer now.

In all of our Business Lounges+, you’ll enjoy a range of services including:

Once you’ve made use of our extensive storage space, shift your seat into a position that suits you, using a wide range of seat adjustments. You can explore the seat’s unique massage options or settle in to enjoy your own personal inflight entertainment. You might just want to flick on your reading light and snuggle into your Skybed cocoon with a good book. When you’re ready to sleep, convert your Marc Newson-designed, second generation Skybed into a two-metre, fully-flat bed.

Get sleepy in Business. Our sleep service, including a new mattress, duvet and turndown service, is available on selected flights to LA, Dallas, Johannesburg, New York, Singapore, London, Hong Kong, Narita, Bangkok, Jakarta, Shanghai and Manila. Onboard Lounge

If you’re travelling on our A380 in Business, you can catch up with your travel companions and help yourself to refreshments and magazines in a separate, furnished Business Lounge. Equipped with a 58cm LCD screen, it’s perfect for displaying a presentation or viewing a video, and also an ideal location for an unplanned meeting.

Onboard Dining

You can now choose from our Rockpool designed International Business menu (including an online exclusive on certain flights) prior to select flights with Select on Q-Eat.

Once onboard, you'll discover a contemporary selection of Rockpool inspired small and main plates* along with our standard full formal dining offering, all served on beautiful Marc Newson-designed tableware.

You can also consult one of our Sommeliers in the Sky, who'll tell you all about our selection of award-winning wines and champagnes to match your meal. Qantas won Best Business Class Sparkling and Best Overall Cellar at the Cellars in the Sky Awards 2012.

On our shorter overnight flights between Australia and Asia you'll be able to enjoy even more rest, with our new breakfast service offering faster, simpler options.

Sit back and be entertained by our advanced entertainment system. Features include a personal touch screen up to 12.1 inches, noise-cancelling headsets and on-demand control.*

Choose from hundreds of entertainment options including the latest movies, TV programs – including children options - multiple destination guides, radio channels, CD albums, moving maps and interactive games.

Personal telephones are available in every seat, along with reply text messaging, laptop power outlets and USB connectivity.

Amenities

Qantas customers travelling internationally in Business* will now experience luxury Australian-made spa products, ASPAR by Aurora Spa, in newly designed Kate Spade and Jack Spade amenity kits.

The Kate Spade kit for ladies features a bold new geometric print and the Jack Spade kit for men features a modern colour palette, the second designs to launch as part of Qantas’ partnership with the brands.

The amenity kits include a Qantas exclusive ASPAR Sweet Orange & Shea Hand Cream, Vanilla & Orange Lip Moisturiser and an Ultra Hydrating Face Moisturiser, to help customers relax and keep skin hydrated while in flight.

Peter Morrissey designed pyjamas are also available on selected flights, plus luxury Malin+Goetz hand wash and cleanser feature in the Business bathroom.

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, you will be among the first to leave the aircraft and your bags among the first to be ready for collection. If you are eligible for and have pre-booked the complimentary Chauffeur Drive service, you will be met by another chauffeur service and driven to your hotel, office or home. If you need information on transfers during the flight, your flight attendant can assist you.
