The Marc Newson designed lounges feature a restaurant and chair-side dining with a menu created by Neil Perry, spa treatment rooms and showers, library, business facilities and a concierge service.
The personalised service you'll receive from our hand-picked First Flight Attendants creates a welcoming sanctuary from the outside world. We are committed to your comfort and convenience well before we welcome you onboard.
Dedicated Check-in
As a First customer you have the freedom to check in up to 60 minutes before your flight departure time at the dedicated First check-in counter. You are then invited to relax in the First or Business lounge before your flight.
At the gate, a dedicated boarding lane for international flights allows you to avoid the general queue, so you can board with ease at any stage of the boarding process. Generous First baggage allowances give you plenty of room.
Your Sleeper Seat
Enjoy peaceful rest onboard as you stretch out in our sleeper beds. Controls at the end of your armrest move your seat, leg rest and lumbar positioning from a relaxed reading position to completely reclined on your 198cm (6ft 6in) bed.
Even in a sleeping position, the width between the armrests is 54.6cm (21.5in) so there is plenty of room between you and your neighbours. Then relax with your cosy duvet, soft lambs wool blanket and oversized linen pillow and enjoy the best flights sleep you ever had.
You will also receive complimentary slippers, eyeshades and soft luxurious pyjamas.
Inflight Cuisine
Rockpool and Qantas have taken inflight dining to new heights in First. Enjoy our unique restaurant style dining experience and the opportunity to indulge in an 8-course tasting menu.*
All meals are made onboard and made to order with the freshest ingredients.
Delicious canapes are served before the meal service followed by a choice of two entrees. Choose from four sumptuous main meals set to tempt your palate.
Snacks or light meals are available at any time during your flight, and you can choose from a wide selection of prestige wines, spirits and beers.
Entertainment
Sit back and be entertained. Our inflight entertainment system features:

Amenities
The Qantas First Amenity Kits are from by Payot Paris and contain a Payot Paris branded clutch-style bag for women and a fold-out travel bag for men, skincare products, toiletries, a hairbrush or comb and an eye mask.
You'll also be presented with soft and luxurious pyjamas and slippers.
