Travel and accommodation
Qantas Holidays is not itself a hotelier. The hotel accommodation and any other components included in your booking are provided by reputable hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Qantas Holidays are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the various service providers involved in your travel booking, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Booking arrangements
All booking arrangements are to be made by you and the person effecting a booking will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms and Conditions. No variation to the Terms and Conditions will be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of Qantas Holidays.
Limit of liability
We always do our best to make sure your arrangements are satisfactory, however, the hotels are operated by third parties. Qantas Holidays acts only as an agent for those suppliers. If the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or any similar law implies a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded, the liability of Qantas Holidays for a breach of the condition or warranty will be limited as determined by Qantas Holidays in its absolute discretion to:
(a) the supplying of the services again; or
(b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
