Qantas Meeting Rooms

We've introduced dedicated Qantas Meeting Rooms at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin and Townsville airport terminals.

Qantas Meeting Rooms are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm AEST (Darwin Meeting Rooms only available during Qantas Club operating hours) Weekends and public holidays available upon request at competitive rates.

Meeting facilities are included in the room hire rates, and catering options (excluding Darwin) are also available at competitive rates.

You do not have to be travelling to make a booking for a Qantas Meeting Room in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin or Townsville.

Sydney Meeting Rooms

The Qantas Meeting Rooms at Sydney airport can accommodate up to 22 guests and are located at the Qantas domestic T3, level 1 satellite, opposite the Qantas Heritage Collection. Lift and stair access is located next to the Service Desk at Gate 13.

Melbourne Meeting Rooms

The Qantas Meeting Rooms at Melbourne airport can accommodate up to 20 guests and are located on the Qantas domestic T1 Mezzanine level, opposite Gate 1.

Brisbane Meeting Rooms

The Qantas Meeting Rooms at Brisbane airport can accommodate up to 10 guests and are located within the Qantas Club, Brisbane Domestic terminal. Availability of meeting rooms in Brisbane is currently restricted to Qantas Club members, Gold and Platinum Frequent Flyers and those travelling in Business Class. Please contact our staff weekdays between the hours of 0800 - 1600 to make a booking.

Darwin Meeting Rooms

The Qantas Meeting Room at Darwin airport can accommodate up to 8 guests and is located within the Qantas Club, Darwin airport terminal.

The Qantas Meeting Room at Darwin airport is only available during Qantas Club opening hours 0500 - 0700, 1100 - 1530 and 2300 - 0130.

Rates

Meeting Room rates are based on the number of people attending the meeting and the period required. Discounted rates are available for Qantas Club Members, Platinum or Gold Frequent Flyers, Business Class travellers, and customers paying with an American Express Qantas Corporate Card.

Catering orders must be submitted by 12 noon one business day before your Qantas Meeting Room booking.

Multiple catering options are available including light snacks and refreshments, lunches and all-inclusive gourmet packages. Qantas Meeting Room hosts can provide menu guidance to ensure the catering and service suits your event.
