Please note the following restrictions on online check in:
- Unaccompanied minors must check-in at the airport.
- Customers who have specific needs can use Online Check-in, however in some instances a boarding pass will not be issued until you arrive at the airport. See our Specific Needs Frequently Asked Question for more information.
- Online Check in is not available if your ticket includes Rail&Fly German Rail feeder or feeder flights not operated by Qantas.
Check-in times for partner airlines can vary so online check-in may not be available for your connecting flight at the time you check in online for your Qantas flight. Online Check-in for your connecting flight depends on the partner airline check-in times and the length of your Qantas flight.
