12 months subject to system range limitation between 330 and 350 days from departure date.
Flight restrictions:
Premium Economy is only available on Qantas operated transpacific flights in T class. Domestic US and Australian flights are Economy in Y class.
Stopovers:
4 stopovers are permitted, limited to 2 at no additional cost and 2 at US$150 each.
Reservations and ticketing:
When booking online for single passenger reservations, reservations are required at least 72 hours before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas trans-Pacific flights are booked in T class. Domestic US and Australian flights are booked in Y class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 29 May 2013.
Travelling with children:
Children aged between 2 and 11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children fares per adult permitted. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
Booking changes:
Anytime, rebooking and rerouting are permitted at a charge of $200 per transaction per person in addition to any fare difference and applicable taxes. An additional service fee of US$40/AU$80 per person applies for each change made to a Premium Economy ticket via telephone, retail outlet, or an airport ticket counter, depending on the country where the change is made.
Cancellation:
Anytime, ticket is non-refundable. However, customers who purchase a ticket in the United States for travel on Qantas may cancel their reservations/refund ticket without charge within 24 hours of ticketing when purchase is one week or more prior to departure of the first flight in the itinerary. An additional service fee of US$40/AU$80 per person applies for each change made to a Premium Economy ticket via telephone, retail outlet, or an airport ticket counter, depending on the country where the change is made.
