Maximum stay:
12 months subject to system range limitation between 330 and 350 days from departure date.
Flight application:
Premium Economy is only available on Qantas transpacific flights between Los Angeles and Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, between Dallas/Fort Worth and Brisbane or between New York (JFK) and Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. Canadian domestic flights, flights between Canada and the US and Australian domestic flights must be booked in Economy class.
Stopovers:
4 stopovers are permitted; limited to 2 at no additional charge and 2 at C$150 each.
Reservations and ticketing:
When booking online, reservations are required at least 72 hours before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas transpacific flights are booked in T class. Domestic Canadian flights, flights between Canada and the US and Australian domestic flights are booked in Y class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 9 May 2013.
Travelling with children:
Children aged between 2 and 11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children fares per adult permitted. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
Booking changes:
Changes are permitted at anytime with a charge of C$250 per person, per transaction. Re-routing may incur additional fares and applicable taxes. Additional service charges may apply.
Cancellation:
At anytime, the ticket is non-refundable.
Visa requirements:
It is the passenger's responsiblity to ensure all visa requirements are complied with.
