Premium Economy to New Zealand
Minimum stay:
5 days.
Maximum stay:
12 months subject to system range limitation between 330 and 350 days from departure date.
Flight restrictions:
Premium Economy is only available on Qantas operated trans-Pacific flights in T class between Los Angeles and Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and between San Francisco and Sydney on selected A380 and B747 aircraft. Connecting flights in the US and Australia, and to, from and within New Zealand, will be booked in Economy only.
Stopovers:
4 stopovers are permitted, limited to 2 at no additional cost and 2 at $150 each. Stopover in Sydney, Australia is permitted.
Reservations and ticketing:
When booking online, reservations are required at least 72 hours before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas trans-Pacific flights are booked in T class. Domestic US and New Zealand flights are booked in Y class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 7 March 2012.
Travelling with children:
Children aged between 2 and 11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children fares per adult permitted. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
Booking changes:
After ticket issuance, rebooking and rerouting are permitted at a charge of $100 per transaction. Additional service charges may apply.
Cancellation:
Anytime, a fee of $500 applies for cancellation. However, customers who purchase a ticket in the United States for travel on Qantas may cancel their reservations/refund ticket without charge within 24 hours of ticketing when purchase is one week or more prior to departure of the first flight in the itinerary. Additional service charges may apply.
Visa requirements:
It is the passenger's responsiblity to ensure all visa requirements are complied with.
