If you qualify for the qantas.com Price Promise, claiming is as easy as 1-2-3, all you need is the following:
- A booking number for your confirmed and fully paid booking on qantas.com
- A screenshot from any competitor's website ending in .au or any other website operated in Australia by an Australian company for the same Qantas flight, hotel, car hire, transfer and activities.
- A fully completed claim form submitted by midnight (AEST) on the same day that you made and paid for your booking (or received your confirmation in the case of car hire, transfer and activities) at qantas.com
Plus, for every successful price match, Qantas Frequent Flyers will earn 1,000 extra points+.

Flights
If, after purchasing a Qantas flight at qantas.com.au, on the same day, you find the same Qantas fare cheaper on any website with a website address ending in .au or any other website operated in Australia by an Australian company, Qantas will match the lower available rate by refunding the difference back to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase within 10 days of departure*.
The Same Fare means a fare:
- for the same route(s), with each leg of the trip flown in the same order;
- for the same dates;
- for the same Qantas flight numbers;
- in the same class of travel; and
- for the same type of ticket (including fare conditions such as whether tickets are/are not flexible, refundable or changeable).
Plus, Qantas Frequent Flyers will earn 1,000 extra points+
How to Qualify
You must:
- Have a confirmed, current and fully paid booking in AUD at qantas.com.au for a Qantas flight.
- Submit a screenshot from the competitor's website that shows the lower publicly-available internet rate for a Fully Comparable Flight; and
- Complete and submit the Price Promise claim form by 23:59 AEST on the same day as making and paying for your flight at qantas.com.
The Flight Price Promise does not apply to:
- Cancelled bookings or travel agent, corporate or membership rates.
- Tickets purchased through anyone other than Qantas or a licensed travel agent
- Lower online fares offered under any promotion with a third party (including, but not limited to, promotions with newspapers, exhibitions or other special events); or
- Lower online fares that are not published and are not available to the general public including corporate discount fares, staff fares, consolidator fares, wholesaler fares, student fares, closed user group fares and fares where the carrier details are not known until after the purchase;
- Lower online fares discounted by the online retailer by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost; or
- Lower online fares for a travel package with inclusive airfare; or
- Lower online fares that are lower as a result of an error by the retailer of the lower online fare; or
- Lower online fares that Qantas is unable to verify, using reasonable means.
The Flight Price Promise applies to total flight prices (including any fees, taxes or surcharges but not including credit card fees or commissions) which are quoted in Australian dollars without the use of a currency converter provided on the competitor's website. Only the individual who booked and paid for the flight on qantas.com (Claimant) may make a claim under the Flight Price Promise.
Once you submit your claim, you will be notified by email within 3 working days as to whether your claim qualifies or not for the Price Promise.
What You Receive
You will be refunded in full on your credit card or debit card for the price difference between the flight booking on qantas.com and the flight booking on the competitor's website.
In addition, Qantas Frequent Flyers will receive 1,000 extra points.+
The difference in price between the lower available rate and the rate available on Qantas.com will be refunded back to the customer credit or debit card within 10 days of departure.
For all successful claims under the Flight Price Promise made by a Claimant who is a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, qantas.com will, within 8 weeks of the date of the successful claim, pay 1000 bonus Frequent Flyer points to that Claimant.

If, after purchasing accommodation at qantas.com/hotels, on the same day, you can prove that Fully Comparable Accommodation is available for a lower price any website address ending in .au or any other website operated in Australia, Qantas Holidays will match the lower available rate by refunding the difference back to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase within 10 days of making your claim.*

How to Qualify
You must:
- Have a confirmed, current and fully paid booking on qantas.com/hotels for a hotel.
- Submit a screenshot from the competitor's website that shows the lower publicly-available internet rate for Fully Comparable Accommodation; and
- Complete and submit the Price Promise claim form by midnight (23:59 AEST) on the same day as making and paying for your hotel on qantas.com.
The Hotel Price Promise does not apply to cancelled bookings or travel agent, corporate or membership rates.
The Hotel Price Promise applies to total hotel prices (including any fees, taxes or surcharges) which are quoted in Australian dollars (or New Zealand dollars for New Zealand hotels only) without the use of a currency converter provided on the competitor's website.
What You Receive

- Complete and submit the Price Promise claim form by midnight (23:59 AEST) on the same day as receiving your confirmation email in relation to your car hire on qantas.com.

* The Car Hire Price Promise means that for Avis, Budget or Thrifty bookings, you will receive the lower matched rate at the time of car pick-up; or for Hertz bookings, you will receive a direct deposit or cheque for the monetary difference between the rate for your booking on qantas.com and the lower matched rate. If you do not receive a response to your Price Promise claim form before your booking commences or if your car hire is with Hertz, you will receive a cheque or direct deposit for the monetary difference within 30 days of car drop-off. The cheque or direct deposit will be paid in $A. How to Qualify
You must:

- Submit a screenshot from the competitor's website that shows the lower publicly-available internet rate for the Same Transfer, Activity or Experience, which means a transfer, activity or experience with the same supplier and Booking Conditions (as defined below); and
- Complete and submit the Price Promise claim form by midnight (23:59 AEST) on the same day as receiving your confirmation email in relation to your transfers, activities or experiences booking on qantas.com.
The Price Promise does not apply to cancelled bookings or travel agent, corporate or membership rates.
The Price Promise for transfers, activities and experiences also does not apply to discounted or promotional rates, as signified by the presence of a sale price on the website.
The screenshot from the competitor's website must show the lower publicly-available internet rate for the Same Transfer Activity or Experience.
Booking Conditions includes:
a) in relation to events and experiences experiences the same inclusions, currency of payment, dates, times, type of fare (for example, adult or child fare), number of passengers and location or destination; and
b) in relation to transfers, the same pick-up and drop-off locations, number of passengers, type of fare (for example, adult or child fare), currency of payment, dates and transfer type (return or one-way in a coach, private car or minivan)
What You Receive
You will be refunded in full on the credit or debit card used to make the purchase for the price difference between the booking on qantas.com and the booking on the competitor's website, after travel.
