At qantas.com, we understand that everyone loves to score a great deal. This is why we offer a Price Promise on Qantas flights, hotels, cars, transfers and activities.*
If, on the same day after you purchase (or, in the case of cars, book) any of these products at qantas.com, and you find that same identical product available to purchase on any Australian website for a lower publicly available price, we'll match it.
Plus, Qantas Frequent Flyers can receive 1,000 points for a successful claim.+
To qualify for Price Promise, the products on qantas.com and the competitor travel website must be identical in all regards, and all details must be visible on the screenshot of the competitor's website.

- Prices quoted in Australian dollars without the use of a currency converter including fees and taxes but excluding card fees and commission.
- Same number and type of travellers (including number of adults and children).
- Same dates.
- Same inclusions.
- Same booking and cancellation conditions.
- Same travel class.
- Same routes.
- Same Qantas flight numbers in the case of flights (only itineraries where all flights have a QF flight number qualify).
- Qantas flights must be on an itinerary with the first flight originating in Australia.
- Prices on a website that ends in .au or on a website operated in Australia by an Australian company
What doesn't?
- Cancelled bookings.
- Prices as part of a package.
- Prices quoted on websites which do not have the capability to confirm the booking and accept payment (for example, websites that link through to a third party's website).
- Special negotiated rates such as travel agent, staff, corporate or membership rates or rates that are only available to people who have subscribed to or become a member of a website.
- Unauthorised resellers, for example, eBay.
- Prices discounted by means other than money, for example, use of coupons.
- Prices that are lower as a result of an error by the retailer.
- Prices that Qantas is unable to verify, using reasonable means.
- Fares offered under any promotion with a third party.
- Fares available for purchase through anyone other than Qantas or a licensed travel agent.
- Prices on a website that doesn't end in .au and which is not operated in Australia by an Australian company.
To claim you need
- A booking reference for your confirmed, current and fully paid booking in Australian dollars on qantas.com
- A screenshot from an Australian website, for the entire journey showing the same identical Qantas flight for a lower price.
- A fully completed claim form submitted by midnight (11.59pm) AEST on the same day that you made and paid for your booking at qantas.com.
How we will match the competitor's prices
If your claim is successful, you will be refunded for the price difference between the booking on qantas.com and the booking on the competitor's website, and if you're a Qantas Frequent Flyer, credited with 1,000 Frequent Flyer points as outlined in the table:

Qantas Frequent Flyers need to quote their Frequent Flyer number in order to be eligible to receive the 1,000 points offered for successful claims.
You will be notified by email within 3 working days as to whether your claim was successful.
