About Corporate Membership
10 or more business travellers can make generous savings by creating and joining a Qantas Club Corporate scheme.
There are two types of Corporate schemes: group coordinated and individually managed.
Both schemes require a company coordinator to be nominated as a central point of contact between the members of a scheme and with The Qantas Club Service Centre.
These schemes differ in the level of involvement of the company coordinator in the management of membership renewals and addition of new members.
Partners of corporate members may also be introduced to The Qantas Club at reduced rates.*
Group coordinated schemes
- The company coordinator manages all aspects of the Corporate scheme, including renewals, transfers, and adding new members.
- All members share the same renewal date. Renewals are managed by the company coordinator by completing a single renewal form.
- Membership kits and renewal notices can be sent directly to each of the members, if requested by the company coordinator.
- Members may be added or transferred to an existing scheme, up to eight weeks before the scheme's renewal date.
Individually managed schemes
- Individual members manage all aspects of their membership - including receipt of membership kits and renewal notices.
- Members do not necessarily share the same renewal date. Members will be advised of their respective renewal date, depending on their date of joining.
- Members may be added or transferred to an existing scheme at any time.

Adding a New Member
Group coordinated schemes
- New members can join at any time, up to eight weeks before your scheme's renewal date.
- The Qantas Club Service Centre will calculate a pro-rata fee payable for applications received within a scheme's membership year.
- Within eight weeks of renewal, new member applications will only be accepted with the renewal of the Corporate scheme.
- Contact your company coordinator or The Qantas Club Service Centre for further information.
Individually managed schemes
- New members can join at any time, providing the Corporate scheme is active.
- Complete an individual member application form, indicating your company's Corporate scheme number and forward to The Qantas Club Service Centre.
Transferring a Membership
A Corporate membership can be transferred from an existing member to a new person joining your scheme. A transfer can occur at any time, except during the eight weeks before the Corporate membership renewal date.
Forward an individual member application form for the new member along with the old member's card and an administration fee of A$40 to The Qantas Club Service Centre.
A membership kit and card will be forwarded to the new member.
Note: If your Corporate scheme is group coordinated, your company coordinator will need to arrange the transfer of membership with The Qantas Club Service Centre.
