# Qantas is building a brand new Qantas club at Cairns Airport, due to open in early December 2009. Due to ongoing construction at the Cairns Domestic Terminal, the current interim Qantas Club lounge will close from 19 October 2009 while the new lounge is built. During this period, eligible members and their guests should contact a Qantas representative at the airport for more information.
