Alternatively, you can call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre between the hours of 8am and 7pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday and speak to one of our consultants. Please have your Frequent Flyer number and PIN available when calling.

Flight Award and Priority Reservations
24 hours minimum advance booking required for flight Awards. Some countries outside Australia require bookings 14 days or more in advance.
