QantasLink is comprised of three different regional airlines - Airlink, Eastern Australia Airlines and Sunstate Airlines.

QantasLink Flights
QantasLink operates around 2,000 flights each week to 49^ metropolitan and regional destinations across Australia. They employ around 1,000 people in both metropolitan and regional locations including Tamworth, Newcastle, Cairns, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne.

Fleet
QantasLink operates two aircraft types:
- Boeing 717 jets, and
- DeHavilland Dash 8 turboprop aircraft.
There are currently 46 aircraft in the QantasLink fleet:
Q400 News
This year QantasLink will see the purchase of 9 additional new Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 aircraft, the first of the nine new aircraft are now in service. The remaining 8 aircraft will be delivered from March 2009 and combined with the current 12 Q400 aircraft, will boost the Q400 fleet to 21 aircraft.
Flying at 360 knots, the Q400 operates at jet-like speed giving QantasLink the ability to increase capacity and reduce flight times. The aircraft operate on the below networks:

This $400 million investment in new aircraft following the $200 million investment in 2006 is a reflection of the Qantas Group's commitment to regional Australia.
Expanded Boeing 717 Fleet
QantasLink has expanded their Boeing 717-200 fleet from 8 to 11 aircraft. This has increased the total jet and turboprop fleet to 46 aircraft, which will increase the frequency and capacity on routes in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and North Queensland.
The first of the three additional 115-seat aircraft are based in Perth and commenced operation in August 2007. The other two aircraft commenced services in October 2007 on routes from Darwin and Cairns. The aircraft are being operated by National Jet Systems as part of an ongoing agreement.

Outback Queensland Tourism Award
The Outback Queensland Tourism Association represents an area of several thousand square kilometres across regional Queensland including approximately 35 local shires and has a charter to further develop tourism opportunities in the Outback.
QantasLink was proudly placed in the Hall of Fame at the 2007 awards for winning the 'Major Tour and Transport Operator Award' for 3 consecutive years.
