We know you're busy and want to reduce the time it takes to check-in. Mobile check-in is available from 24 hours up to 45 minutes before your domestic flight, so you can check-in on the go.

Snacks when you want them
We know food inflight is important to you. We now serve refreshments every 90 minutes for Economy passengers on long haul day time international flights and refresh bags for those overnight flights.
We know you like plenty of in-flight entertainment options. We now have over 1500 entertainment options on our upgraded B747s*. You can also enjoy over 250 hours of entertainment on selected Domestic 737-800s and A330 aircraft so you can watch what you want, when you want.

We know that a comfortable bed can make all the difference. Our upgraded B747s now offer a fully flat Skybed in Business with increased space and greater privacy. Plus on flights QF107 and QF108 to LA, we now offer a sleep service with a new mattress, duvet and turndown service, soon to roll out on International Business cabins across the network.*+

We know you want a comfortable journey across the country. That's why we're rolling our wide bodied A330 aircraft on flights between Sydney and Perth and Melbourne and Perth. From May 2013, all passengers travelling midweek on east west routes will enjoy individual on-demand inflight entertainment screens in every newly designed seat.*

We know you like flexibility and getting as much sleep as possible onboard. So now Business customers can pre-select their meal prior to flying with additional dishes also available exclusively online. Alternatively, choose to go to sleep directly after take-off by selecting the "No Main" option and eat later in the flight choosing from our range of Refreshment options.
*Customers travelling in Business from Los Angeles to Australia (QF12, QF16, QF94 and QF108) will be invited via email to make a supper selection through the Select on Q – Eat website up to 24 hours before departure. Customers can access the website at selectonq.qantas.com.

We know you like using points to travel in premium cabins. That's why we've made exciting changes to international Flight Upgrade Awards. When travelling on eligible Qantas flights, members can ‘opt in’ when making an international upgrade request to be considered for an upgrade up to the gate.*
*Flight Upgrade Awards are subject to capacity controls and availability (which is limited). Upgrade requests are only available on eligible paid and confirmed tickets on Qantas operated services (with a QF flight number on your ticket) and can only be requested up until 24 hours before departure. And with flights scheduled every 15 minutes in peak times (Monday to Friday between 6.30 to 8.00AM and 4.30 to 6.00PM) you have more flexibility with your schedule.
