Terms
Reservations: Booking on all sectors must be confirmed. All bookings must be made through the Qantas Office in Shanghai or Beijing, or your local travel agent.
Ticketing: For bookings more than 8 days before departure, tickets must be issued no later than 14 days from booking confirmation or 6 days before departure, whichever is earlier. For bookings made within 8 days of departure, tickets must be issued within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Refunds: No refund.
Booking class: O
Child and Infant discount: Permitted.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Changes: After ticket issue, date change is permitted at a charge of CNY400 per ticket per transaction. After ticket issue, re-routing is permitted at a charge of CNY400 plus fare and tax difference (if any) per ticket per transaction. Local service fee may apply. All changes must be made by the Qantas Office in Shanghai or Beijing.
Cancellations (including no-show): No refund. The fare may be used as credit towards the payment of any higher fare from the point of origin, provided the new fare conditions are met. Customers have to pay any fare and tax difference, ticket change fee and local service fee.
Endorsement: Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
