Reservations: Bookings on all sectors must be confirmed. All bookings must be made through the Hong Kong Qantas office or your local travel agent.
Ticketing: E-tickets must be issued through the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Child discount: Permitted.
Unaccompanied minor services: Permitted using adult fare.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Changes: All changes must be made by the Hong Kong Qantas Office or your local travel agent.
Business Class: After ticket issue, changes are permitted free of charge.
Premium Economy Class/Economy Class: After ticket issue, date change is permitted at HK$800 per transaction per ticket, and re-routing is permitted at HK$800 per transaction per ticket.
No show charge: Subject to a penalty of HK$1,000 per ticket per transaction, plus date change handling fee for Premium Economy Class and Economy Class.
Refunds: No refund.
