Reservations: Booking on all sectors must be confirmed. All bookings must be made through the Qantas Office in Busan or Seoul, or your local travel agent.
Ticketing: E-tickets must be issued through the Qantas Office in Busan or Seoul, or your local travel agent within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Infant and Child discount: Permitted.
Unaccompanied minor service: Not permitted.
Ticket validity: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of departure.
Changes: After ticket issue, date change is permitted at a charge of KRW100,000 per ticket per transaction. All changes must be made by the Qantas Office in Busan or Seoul. Local service fee may apply.
Cancellations (including No-show): Before departure, refund is permitted subject to a charge of KRW300,000 per ticket. After departure, refund is not permitted. Local service fee may apply.
Endorsement: Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferrable.
