Fill out the following form to apply for a refund on Advanced Seat Selection, Exit Row Seats or Additional Baggage.

Note that Advance Seat Selection and Exit Row Seats are non-refundable unless Qantas is unable to seat you in your requested seat. Read more about the conditions of Advance Seat Selection, Exit Row Seats and Additional Baggage.
