Everyone makes the odd mistake. That's why at qantas.com we give you until midnight on same day you make your booking to let us know and we will correct your flight details with no change fees.*
What mistakes do we waive?
We are flexible at Qantas. If you have made an error while making your booking, we'll waive the service and change fees associated with correcting the mistake. For example, you may:
- Correct the spelling of your name
- Change time, day or month of your flight
- Change your to and/or from destination
- Swap gateways (eg - if you accidentally book London to Sydney, instead of Sydney to London)
- Change fare type or cabin
How to reverse your mistake
Simply advise a Qantas travel consultant by calling 13 13 13 by midnight of the day of making the booking.
