You can now enjoy fully flat Skybeds in Business, award-winning Marc Newson designed seats in Economy, Panasonic in-seat entertainment in every seat and self-service snack bar in economy on selected Qantas B747-400 aircraft.
There are five Boeing 747-400 aircraft already operating on selected B747 routes including Brisbane-Los Angeles, Sydney-Dallas, Sydney-Santiago, Sydney-Los Angeles- New York, and Brisbane -Singapore. By the end of June, Qantas will have six newly-fitted B747-400 aircraft operating on these long haul routes
The remaining three newly-fitted B747-400 aircraft will be introduced across the long haul Pacific routes and Brisbane-Singapore by the end of October 2012.
Qantas will have a fleet of 12 A380s and nine newly-fitted B747-400 aircraft by the end of this year.
