Qantas Business Direct Reports

With our free Qantas Business Direct Reports you can track your monthly business spend on travel bookings made at qantas.com:
- Domestic flights.
- International flights.
- Australian and International hotels.
- Flight and hotel packages.
- Car hire.
Simply register online and ensure your ABN is entered in each flight, hotel, package and car booking made at qantas.com. You can also add your ABN to your flight booking after you have made it, through Manage Your Booking.
Your nominated contact will then receive each month by e-mail a:
- Qantas Business Direct Summary Report - your business' spend for the previous 12 months on flights, hotels and cars booked at qantas.com.
- Qantas Business Direct Detailed Report - Flights - a breakdown of each flight booked by your business at qantas.com during the previous month.
- Qantas Business Direct Detailed Report - Other Products - a breakdown of all hotels, packages and cars booked by your business at qantas.com during the previous month.
Note: the Reports only record flights, hotels, packages and car bookings if your business' ABN has been included at the time of booking at qantas.com or, for flight bookings, later through Manage Your Booking. Your ABN must be added within the same month the booking was made. Alternatively, your Qantas Business Direct Summary Report will be adjusted to reflect all flight bookings where an ABN has been added through Manage Your Booking at any time. Refunds are not shown in all reports.
