Remember, you don't need to get in touch with us to reconfirm your flights. Simply login to Manage Your Booking to check your flight status.
You can check-in online through Manage Your Booking. If you're having trouble with this facility, simply turn up to the airport at the recommended time before departure and use the kiosks or see the counter staff.
You can view your baggage allowance through Manage Your Booking. If you are a Silver, Gold, Platinum or Platinum One member you also have extra baggage allowances. If you need an additional baggage allowance you can buy it online.
You can select your seat as soon as you have made your booking through Manage Your Booking. If your preferred seat is not available check back closer to your departure date.
