SkyWalk
SkyWalk will really have you on your toes as you walk around the perimeter of the Sky Tower, 192 metres in the air. As you walk around the 1.2 metre pergola, you'll get 360 degree views of Auckland as far as the eye can see and interesting and humorous commentary from your guide.

Sky Jump
At 192 metres, Sky Jump offers one of the world’s longest land based adventure jump off Sky Tower (the tallest structure in the Southern Hemisphere). Jumpers wear a special flying suit and harness, which is clipped onto a cable to control the descent. Jumpers fall at around 60 km per hour until near the ground then decelerate to a safe landing speed.

The operation uses the very latest in adventure technology, and offers jumpers the experience of a lifetime.

Auckland Bridge Climb
Auckland Bridge Climb is a 1½ hour climb under, in, through and over Auckland’s iconic harbour bridge. Accompanied by a climb leader, this activity offers unique 360º views of the Hauraki Gulf, Viaduct Harbour and cityscapes. Full commentary covers the history, geology, geography and culture of Auckland, as well as some colourful secrets.

Bush and Beach Wilderness Experience
Bush and Beach run specialised tours of the Waitakere ranges, rainforest and west coast beaches Piha and Karekare. The tour includes a stop at the Arataki Centre, housing traditional Maori carvings and views of both coasts, before reaching the black sand beaches where filming of ‘The Piano” and “Xena: Warrior Princess” took place. The guide will explain the fascinating local history, flora and fauna of the region as you walk along the beach and through some rainforested tracks.

Pakiri Beach Horse Rides
This horse riding experience takes you over the deserted white sands of Pakiri beach, through pine forests and past fresh water lakes. Owners Laly and Sharley Haddon are descendants of the Maori chief Te Kiri of Ngati Wai and have a strong connection to land and its ancestory. The Pakiri horse rides farm is situated on lands that have been handed down for generations.

Glass Bottom Boat
Glass Bottom Boat operates from Goat Island Marine Reserve and allows visitors to view the marine life with full commentary and without getting wet. Take the 45 minute trip around the island, or a 30 minute tour of the inner reef area. In warmer weather you can get closer to the action by swimming or snorkelling around the reef.

The Brick Bay Sculpture Trail located in Matakana showcases New Zealand sculpture by both recognised and emerging artists.
Sculptures are nestled amongst native nikau, kahikatea, puriri, totara, rimu and kauri trees, abundant with birdlife, as well as positioned in pockets of pastoral grassland beside a lake and overlooking the vineyard.

Tamaki Hikoi 3 hour guided Walk of Auckland

Tamaki Hikoi
Discover Auckland’s fascinating cultural heritage on a one hour interactive guided walk on Maungawhau (Mt Eden), or three hour walk that begins at Maungawhau, the site of a majestic Pa (fortress) on the edge of the city, and ends at the edge of the Waitemata Harbour.
A dormant volcano, Maungawhau was once a fortified village for the Ngati Whatua tribe, the custodians of the site.
Your guide will highlight the archaeological features of this iconic volcanic cone, demonstrate traditional Maori customs and share stories passed from generation to generation that bring Auckland’s landscape to life.

Dolphin & Whale Safari
Auckland's Hauraki Gulf is considered to be one of the most biologically and geographically diverse marine parks in the world. With one of the world's richest habitats for marine mammals: 22 species of dolphins & whales have been seen in the Hauraki Gulf.
Auckland's Dolphin & Whale Safari runs daily trips into the Hauraki Gulf to view dolphins and whales at 8.30am and 1.30pm daily in Summer and at 12pm during the winter months.

Sitting in the Hauraki Gulf, Rangitoto Island’s distinctive shape is visible from all over Auckland.
