Use the Walkabout fare to travel to one of 7 Australian or 4 New Zealand destinations and add a stopover in each direction in either the Far East or North America.
Travel for departure between 16 April to 30 June 2010.

Permitted Stopovers
One stopover is permitted in each direction when travelling to Australia or New Zealand via Asia. Choose from Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Mumbai or Johannesburg. When travelling to New Zealand one additional stopover is permitted in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane in each direction.
Or, if you are travelling to Australia or New Zealand via North America, one stopover is permitted in each direction at either Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Nadi and also Auckland if you are travelling to Australia.

Use the Walkabout Pass to visit Adelaide, Alice Springs, Armidale, Ayers Rock, Brisbane, Broome, Cairns, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, Darwin, Devonport, Gold Coast, Hamilton Island, Hobart, Launceston, Mackay, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Rockhampton, Sydney, Townsville and Auckland, Christchurch, Queenstown and Wellington.
Fares: All prices quoted are return economy promotional fares inclusive of taxes, fees and airport related charges. Additional airport taxes and fees may be required for additional stopovers and/or alternative routings. Prices are based on sample routings, flights to Sydney and Melbourne (via the Far East) are on direct services. Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Darwin (via the Far East) are through connections via Singapore. Cairns, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown (via the Far East) are through connections via Sydney. Auckland, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney (via North America) are through connections via Los Angeles. Adelaide (via North America) is a through connection via Los Angeles and Sydney. Travel between Australia/New Zealand is not permitted using the Walkabout pass. Applicable international fare will apply. Fare listings are for general information only and are not a reflection of current seat availability. Travel is permitted on Qantas and British Airways flights. Subject to change/cancellation without notice.
Travel Period: Valid for departures between 16 April to 30 June 2010. Prices for travel at other times are available on application.
Maximum stay: Return travel from the last international stopover must commence no later than 12 months after initial departure.
Children and Infants: Discounts apply on international routes. No child discount applicable on Australian and New Zealand domestic routes.
Reservations and Ticketing: Reservations for all sectors must be confirmed at the time of ticketing. Tickets must be issued within 14 days of booking. Within 28 days of departure tickets must be issued within 2 days of booking. Child and infant discounts apply.
Rebooking: Date changes permitted at £70 per change within the ticket validity and are subject to a local service fee. Date changes permitted at no charge on the Walkabout Pass, subject to a local service fee.
Rerouting: £70 per reroute and subject to a local service fee.
Cancellations: Before departure fare value less £300 for cancellation/no show. After departure non refundable.
Service fees apply for any changes to both e-tickets and paper tickets.
