Qantas received the accolade for Best Major Airline in Australia, and QantasLink was awarded Best Regional Airline in Australia.

Executive Manager Domestic Customer Experience, Samantha Taranto said that what makes these awards so special is that that they are voted for by Australian travellers themselves. "The majority of readers nominated Qantas as Best Major Airline, stating excellence in service, safety and reliability as key factors for classing us as the best."
