Submitting Your Wine

To submit wine into the next wine review please complete all of the steps in the submission process outlined below.

  1. Read the information on this website.
  2. Take note of the dates below.
  3. For each wine you submit, complete a separate Submission Form on this website.
  4. Await to be issued your Bottle ID Code. The code will be emailed to the address on the submission form.
  5. Label each sample bottle with this unique code.
  6. Send in samples as per below.


Next Wine Tasting - May 2013

Submission forms: to be submitted via this website no later than Wednesday 10th April 2013.

Your code: you will receive your Bottle ID Code by Wednesday 17th April 2013.

Wine samples: attach your wine code to each sample bottle. Send in sample bottles. Wine to arrive during the week of 29th April - 3rd May 2013.

One form per wine.

You will receive an email confirmation of this submission, sent to the email address you enter on the form.

On the form, "Total Quantity Submitted" means the volume you can sell to Qantas.

Price is "net" of all taxes - means excludes all taxes.


Samples

Two bottles of each wine is required.

All wine submitted becomes the property of Qantas.

Cardboard or other recyclable postage packing is preferred to polystyrene packing.

No tank samples.

No samples for economy 187ml.

Cabernet and Cabernet blends – Business + First class

Shiraz and Shiraz blends – Business + First class

Pinot Noir – Business + First class

Tempranillo, Sangiovese or Italian Red - Business class

Other red varieties - Business class

Chardonnay – Business + First class

Alternate Whites – Business + First class

New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc – Business class

New Zealand Pinot Noir – Business class

General Requirements

Refer to 'Selection Process' page for information regarding wine styles.

Please ensure there are adequate quantities available for purchase of the wine you send in for sampling.


Has Your Wine Been Selected?

Whilst Qantas endeavours to respond to every submission, given the high number of submissions received, this regrettably is not always possible.

If you have not heard back from Qantas by 10 June 2013 please assume that your wine has not been selected in this instance.
