Qantas Google Now

Get information about your trip before you leave with Google Now flight cards. You'll receive information such as flight status changes, directions to the airport and reminders to leave straight to your phone.* Qantas is the first airline in the Asia Pacific region to integrate with Google Now to offer flight cards.

What you will need to see your Google Now flight card:

  • A Gmail account; and
  • An iPhone, iPad or Android Jelly Bean 4.1 or higher; and
  • Downloaded Google Search app if you have an iPhone or iPad. If you have an Android, Google Now should be already available on your phone; and
  • An e-ticket received after 28 June 2013; and
  • A booking made at

Your card will show up 24 hours before the departure of your first flight. Any changes made to your booking (that have the same booking reference) will be updated automatically on the flight card. Note it does not appear for subsequent flights.

Note that bookings made via Travel Agent and e-tickets sent to other email accounts such as Yahoo or Hotmail will not result in a flight card on Google Now.

* We cannot guarantee delivery of a message to your phone due to factors outside its control. However, we will endeavour to ensure that you receive timely and accurate information.
