On-Time Performance

It's about On time performance

We know that getting away on time is one of the most important parts of your experience. It is for us too.

We're proud to be Australia's most on time major domestic airline*. The reason this achievement is so special is that it relies on a real team effort. One that involves everyone you see at the airport along with everyone that you don't, from engineers to caterers and baggage handlers.

Qantas are also the most punctual major domestic airline in the country on average for 2012 and 2013, leading the board in both on-time departures and arrivals.

The annual figures mark the fifth calendar year in a row that Qantas has had better average on-time domestic performance+ than our main domestic competitor, Virgin Australia.
